The government needed a new campaign to advertise jobs in adult social care across the uk.

as the designer on the project, i worked alongside the creative and production team to create a simple design system that let the people in the photos be the key focus.

for this campaign I designed the out of home and guidelines for social, banners and print, for other agencies and hm gov to use.
